I usually don't leave reviews on products. So far extremely happy with the Magnum 3 and the charger I purchased. I would assume their customer service is as top notch as their products.

Bert L. If this was the only product that this company sold, it would be rated at 0 stars. On the site, they are currently advertising this charger for the 18650(B) batteries, used in the Magnum line, however, I was sent a charger that is clearly marked "26650 & 32650" - obviously relating to the size of battery it charges. The ONE (1) newly branded battery I received (though I have ordered several additional batteries for each Magnum), was slightly better in terms of life per charge than the previous 18650's. So let me summarize: This company sells only one size of battery; They are currently selling a charger that does not allow for the batteries they sell to be charged. This seems like a simple problem to solve. Please stock a quality charger for the 18650 batteries that your company sells.
