Shipping Policy

US ORDERS

For additional shipping we also offer FedEx or UPS 2Day and Next Day shipping, that can be added to an order prior to checkout. If there are any mistakes with order information please contact us via email at cs@puri5.com immediately. All packages are insured by FedEx, UPS and USPS prior to being shipped. Once a package is shipped out we cannot stop or hold a package from being delivered. As per the tracking information provided if a package states that it has been "Delivered" and claims to be lost or stolen Puri5 is not responsible for reshipping another package. For any type of lost or stolen package(s) please contact shipping carrier and create a lost/stolen claim. If the billing and shipping address is different, Puri5 holds all rights to obtain any type of billing verification proof prior to an order being shipped out. Please know that this procedure is only done solely for security purposes. All orders that are received after 2:00PM EST will be shipped the following business day, and all orders on Saturday and Sunday will be process the following business day. Orders that processed on Friday paid for Next Day Air delivery will get it Monday. You can also Live Chat with us if you've any other questions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are quality control checked prior to being shipped. Our primary international shipping carrier is UPS.

All orders are shipped out from USA.  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Refund/Warranty

PURI5 products come with 1 year warranty from invoice date for repairs, and hassle free DOA exchange within 14 days.

No repair warranty for physically damaged items.

 

Return/Exchange policy:

For opened/used, contact us within 7 days after is received.

For unused products please contact us within 14 days to return it for a refund. All sales are final after 14 days. Opened items may subject to a restocking fee.

If your unit arrives DOA, damaged or defective you must notify us within 7 days after is received.

Once we've verified your purchase, a DOA exchange will be issue within 24 hours.

There'll be a restocking fee if the seal is broken.
