US Orders

Orders are processed and shipped from the United States. Yes, it's legal to own a vaporizer in North America.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
If Next Day Air shipping is selected on Friday after the shipping cutoff, the order will arrive Monday.
Once a package is marked DELIVERED by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a lost or stolen package claim, and contact us to help with the claim.
If the billing and shipping address are different, additional verification may be required before the order is processed.

International Orders
All international orders undergo quality control inspection before shipping.
• Orders are shipped from the United States.
• Our primary international carrier is UPS.
• Available shipping countries will appear during checkout.
If your country does not appear at checkout, unfortunately we do not currently ship to that location.
Please note:
Import duties, customs taxes, and additional fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by your local customs authority.
Warranty Policy
All PURI5 vaporizers include a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the invoice purchase date.
The warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Device malfunction under normal use
• Internal component failures
The warranty does not cover:
• Physical damage
• Water damage
• Improper use or misuse of the device
• Normal wear and tear
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
If your device arrives defective or not functioning, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Once your purchase has been verified, we will issue a DOA replacement within 24 hours.
Return & Exchange Policy
Opened / Used Products
If a product has been opened or used, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request assistance.
Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Unused Products
Unused products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for return:
• Product must be unused
• Original packaging must be included
• Seal must remain intact
Items returned with broken seals or opened packaging may incur a restocking fee.
All sales become final after 14 days from delivery.
